Q: Are your steaks ready to cook?
Yes! All our steaks are frozen, vacuum-sealed, and ready to cook. No need to marinate — just thaw, season, and sear.
Q: What cuts do you offer?
We carry a variety of premium cuts including Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Striploin, and Wagyu Cubes, among others. Availability may vary.
Q: Are your steaks butter-aged?
Yes. Most of our steaks are butter-aged to enhance tenderness and flavor. We also have grass fed steaks!

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila.
Cut-off time: 5:30 PM (Mon–Sat), 12 NN (Sun).

Q: Do you accept COD or credit card payments?
Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery (via Lalamove) and credit card payments through our website.
Q: Can I pre-order or schedule a delivery?
Definitely. You can message us your preferred date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Visit us at:

Q: Is walk-in purchase allowed?
Yes! Walk-in customers are welcome. We also offer exclusive freebies for in-store purchases from time to time.
❄️ STORAGE & COOKING
Q: How long can I store the steaks?
As long as they remain frozen and sealed, our steaks stay fresh for up to 6 months in the freezer.
Q: How do I thaw the steaks properly?
We recommend either:
• Refrigerator method: overnight in the fridge
• Cold water method: submerge in sealed bag for 30–60 minutes
Q: Do you provide cooking instructions?
Yes! Each order comes with easy-to-follow cooking tips. You can also find instructions on our website and social media pages.

What are the delivery options?
We deliver anywhere in Metro Manila through our own delivery riders. We can also book your order via Lalamove or Grab. We do same day delivery with delivery cut off of 6 PM.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our physical store is located at 387 Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City. You can search DADDY VAN STEAKS on Waze or Google Maps
Do you accept provincial orders?
We can ship provincial orders within Luzon through bus waybill. Additional charges may apply for styrobox cooler.
What are the payment options?
For payments we accept Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI), Gcash, Maya, Credit Card or Cash on Delivery via Lalamove.
What is your return/refund policy?
If there is a valid reason to return a product. Just send us a message through email. order@daddyvansteaks.com. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
