Description
Wagyu cubes are made from 100% Wagyu meat trimmings. They are cut and shaped into cubes for ease of cooking.
Thawing Instructions
📌For best results, place the wagyu cubes in the refrigerator overnight until it is thawed.
📌For quicker thawing, place the unopened pack in a bowl of water until thawed.
Cooking Tips
Sear the cubes in a pre-heated pan on medium heat for around 2 minutes per side or until each side has browned. No need to add oil as the cubes will render its own fat. For better results, use a non stick pan.
